Security / Borders
This program block is devoted to security, a concept that has dominated contemporary political imagination and public debate. It appears in the context of border and territorial protection, public order and internal policy, armed conflicts and wars, critical infrastructure, and digital threats, energy and food production, protection of individuals, and personal comfort. It also has its political, ideological, and propaganda dimensions. Ensuring security — from war, terrorist attacks, uncontrolled migration, energy shortages, inflation, viruses, data theft — has become a political mechanism and a propaganda slogan.
